Do I need a music streaming subscription?
No. Hitoteka plays short song previews directly — no Apple Music, Spotify, or any other subscription is required.
How do I play multiplayer?
Create a lobby from the multiplayer menu and share the lobby code with your friends. They can join by entering the code on their device. Up to 4 players can play together.
How does the ranking system work?
Play 5 placement matches in ranked mode to receive your initial rank. After that, win matches to earn League Points and climb through tiers from Iron to Marshal.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
The app is crashing or not working properly
Try closing and reopening the app. Make sure you have the latest version installed. If the problem persists, please contact us at support@hitoteka.app with a description of the issue and your device model.
