By downloading, installing, or using Hitoteka, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hitoteka.
Service Description
Hitoteka is a music trivia game that tests your knowledge of Balkan music. The app plays short song previews — no music streaming subscription is required.
User Accounts
An account is required to use Hitoteka. Your account allows you to save your progress, sync across devices, and compete on leaderboards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to cheat or manipulate game scores
- Harass other users
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer or modify the app
- Use automated systems to interact with the app
In-App Purchases
Hitoteka offers optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are processed by the respective platform and are subject to their refund policies. The "Premium Supporter" purchase removes banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded video ads remain available as an optional feature.
Intellectual Property
All content in Hitoteka, including but not limited to graphics, logos, and game mechanics, is owned by Hitoteka or its licensors. Song previews are provided via the Apple Music API and are subject to Apple's terms of service.

Hitoteka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data or progress.
Release years displayed in the game are sourced from third-party music databases and may not always be 100% accurate. Music content availability depends on Apple Music.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
